Medi is running along one side of a college campus quad. The buildings are brick in the collegiate gothic style, with ivy climbing up the walls. Medi is naked except for a pair of sneakers and socks.  {medi_erect_dick} He's a bit cold; the snakes are visibly drooping, but he is smiling widely, and his penis is semi-hard.

Medi is the focus of the image, but around him, out of focus, are several other naked participants in the midnight naked run. The other participants are also naked, like Medi. The light is mostly from a few lamp posts along the path, and the full moon shining down above. The photograph is in the style of sports photography, using a lens like a 400mm f2.8 to capture the scene from a distance.
